Alan Zakin
Principal

Alan Zakin Associates, a Public Relations and Marketing firm, specializes in Community and Government Affairs. Alan Zakin Associates (AZA) has over 30 years of experience helping organizations to thrive through effective grass-roots outreach. AZA has successfully implemented programs for numerous corporate, government and not-for-profit organizations to enable organizations to meet their policy, community and marketing goals. Providing dynamic strategic counsel on the federal, state, and local level, AZA assists clients in diverse sectors such as policy, manufacturing, healthcare, finance, construction, energy, transportation, insurance, libraries and museums. AZA looks forward to working with your organization to achieve success.

Tina Boyer
Project Manager

Tina Boyer is Project Manager for Alan Zakin Associates.  Tina previously served as Public Relations Assistant for the Oskar Schindler Performing Arts Center in West Orange, NJ where she handled the press and public relations services. She has also held the position of Clerk for the Morris County Department of Planning and Development in Morristown, NJ where she was involved with county planning and preservation issues. Tina is experienced in client relations, event planning, fundraising and project management. Ms. Boyer received her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Montclair State University.

Barbara Dawson
Project Administrator

Barbara Dawson is Project Administrator for Alan Zakin Associates. Barbara was formerly associated with Fairleigh Dickinson University where she first served as the Special Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Government & Community Affairs communicating with many levels of Government officials regarding educational policy and programs. She then moved on to the position of Assistant to the President. In this position she was very interactive with Universities/Colleges in the U.S., Canada & Europe organizing exchange programs, seminars /conferences. Barbara has a strong background in organization, scheduling, event planning and assisting with the many aspects of Project Management, and has been involved with giving back to her community throughout her adult life.
